We are seeking a Pastor of Altar to champion our vision of building transformative spaces of spiritual encounter at A Jesus Church. This role is pivotal in leading our community into deeper communion with God through strategic leadership and pastoral care across our worship, prayer, and gathering teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• Mature disciple of Jesus, evidenced in their whole life

• Living within the character qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 v1-13

• Experience and success in developing people and leaders

• A passion for prayer, encounter, and worship

• Leadership experience in the areas of prayer, worship, encounter, gathering production, teaching, and pastoral leadership

• Experience in strategic planning, leadership, and vision development

• Experience leading worship, arranging bands, and working with musical worship and musicians

• Experience in and with Bible teaching large groups

• Preferably experienced in the use of Planning Center Services

• Excellent communication, with interpersonal skills demonstrating a high attention to details and task completion.
