We want to grow a team that can help support our families with younger children so they can attend midweek events at AJC. It’s really hard for some of our young families who don’t have support to help watch the kids so the parents or caregivers can join in with things (like Alpha, Beta, The Well, etc.).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate well as teams are built for events

• Be responsible in keeping commitments

• Be punctual

• Bring energy and fun to playing with kids

• Be a responsible person, helping play to be safe

• Help kids settle in new environments

• Take kids on bathroom runs as needed

• Prepare a room by getting toys ready, TV shows/music on, etc.

• Clear away toys and activities at the end
